Raise a stein to German cuisine at our November Fest!

October’s almost over, but no need to worry about missing out on your chance to celebrate Oktoberfest. We’re holding the Bistro’s celebration of hearty German food and drink in November! Our three-course November Fest Dinner Thursday, November 15, from 5 to 9:30 p.m. (open seating), features courses that’ll make you want to break out the lederhosen:

Course 1
Bavarian Cucumber Salad with Black Bread

Course 2
Local Sausages
Sauerkraut Braised with Apples and Beer
Potato Pancakes

Course 3
House-Made Apple Strudel with Fresh Whipped Cream

Of course, no German dinner would be complete without beer, and ours is no exception. We’ll be serving up two brews straight from Bavaria, Ayinger Oktoberfest and Ayinger Celebrator, as well as a local offering, Lagerheads Bed Head Red from Lagerheads Smokehouse & Brewing Co. in Medina.
