The fish is delish

We think you’ll find that Loup en Croûte is a definite winner. Our pastry fish, full of salmon and halibut, tastes perfect with warm tomato-shallot chutney and hollandaise sauce alongside. The hollandaise also makes a lovely topping for those slender and tasty green beans. A nice Riesling complements this dish very well. Catch it now before it’s gone!
